I don't want to go for F.I.R
I filled complain against my husband through to online in ncw. After 10 days I received a call from nearest police station to come for lodging FIR. I told to police that I will come after few days. I am out of state and may not come for at least 6 month. What will happen if I don't go .

A.Hi,
After you come back you can file the complaint in the police station. You can also ask them if there is any facility online to file the FIR.
