summons not received in rental house , we told we are really not there and we are in our navtive house .does we get summons to our native house (they know the address of our native house) and they know we are no longer staying in rented house and we are shifted our native house .. but they didn't send notice to native house and send to rented house as we are not there when dastri called us we told him we are not there and asked him to send to another address and its been 1 week we haven't received any summons , we are confused what exactly the procedure in this case ..they purposfuly send notice to rentend house not sure what could be the reason ... we are paying rent there and planning to vacate rented house soon , due to fights we shifted to our native as the father in law came and beat me in that house we got afraid and shifted to our native now they are sending notice to rented house ... could you please tell the summons procedure ...we haven't signed the dastri summons and asked him to send to the new address, if they would have sent (court) how much time it will take to receive summons (another state near to bangalore location) it sbeen 7 days after we got call from dastrii..he said hearing is on next month .. we are confused here .

A.you can approach court directly on next month.
if you miss then also not a problem , it will be delivered to native address also.

so only divorce case is filed by them and not other cases are there ?

Hope this clarifies,

A.Dear Client
As your reason and appeal genuine, better file a memo in the court of change of address, the same copy of memo shall be served to the opposite party. then there wont be any legal issues against you,

A.Hi,
Is your rented address submitted in the court? If no then you can inform the court regarding the address. And no action can be taken against you since you have already informed the opposite party that your address has been changed.
