Father's name spelt wrong in 10th and 12th marksheet.

Sir,
My case is a little crooked. This is why I have to reach out to the legal fraternity for help. In my 10th and 12th mark sheets, my father's name is spelled wrong by a single letter ('i' in place of 'y') and my graduation mark sheets have his correct name on them(with a Y). And I've filled my application form for this job with his original name which is different from the 10th &12th mark sheets. And another dilemma is that in my caste certificate 'Kumar' is written as my middle name which is wrong as I don't have anything in place of my middle name no Kumar nothing. Now I'm really tensed about my document verification process as they will raise an objection on it. What advice would you give I should do?

A.Hi,
You can apply to rectify your father's name before the respective board of education authority. Secondly, you can also contact the authority who has issued the caste certificate to rectify your middle name.

A.1) If the authorities are ready to accept the name change affidavit stating that one and the same person, then you can surely go ahead with it..
2) Incase if you would like to make it on official node then you will have to make the so-called “Gazette” which is valid all over India and the globe...

7) CASTE CERTIFICATE (IF ANY) : SC/ST/NT1,2,3
8) LEGAL DOCUMENTS (ANY ONE OR AS APPLICABLE) : Affidavit / Marriage Certificate/ Nikah- nama / Adoption Certificate/ Divorce papers/ Divorce Decree etc.
