Can I do Registered Agreement Of Sale by only paying Booking Amount? (OCR will be paid in one month time after registration)
Are there any problems with this?
Builder is saying that we will do registeration of sale agreement and then I can pay rest OCR within one month.
Please advise.

A.A registered sale agreement is always beneficial and help you in any litigation, Provided the contents of the Agreement of sale must be meticulously drafted keeping in mind, laws of limitation act ,Specific relief act , Transfer of property act, state act regarding RERA etc.
later on if any issue arises with response to delivery of possession by the builder, which will be main issue and along with other issues.
