My grandfather (mother's father)having adopted by one person.now he is having adopted property on his name.more over he bought one property.bith values together 1.5cr.now my mother having 3 brothes and 3 sister s.all the sister not want their share.my mother wants her share.2 months b4. My grandfather died.now their son said that they have the will.as per the will all the property will goes to them.and they said as per will my mother will get 2 lakhs cash only.they are not ready to either show the will of sharing the copy of the will.
We need our share on the property.
Kindly advise me

A.If they dont show WILL then it is not in existence , or WILL will be favourable to daughters too, you can file a Partition suit , then they have to show WILL to the court, if it really exists.

A.At the outset, apologies but ur query is far from understanding to provide appropriate legal advise. Nevertheless, as per statement, ur grandfather was adopted and now he owns self property. However, it's quite complex matter from the perspective of having legal sanctity to establish for which I need clear and specific details I n hierarchical manner enrouted with details. Thanks
