False Allegations of Harassment. False Allegations of Harassment.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am working in a Skill Development Company, few days ago on 10-10-2020, one of the female employee leveled false Harassment allegations (verbally) against me before center manager and other staff members even the students also heard her as she was loudly saying all this against me by saying that "I am harassing her and others". When I heard all this I left the class & went to my office room & filed a written complaint against her to top management, surprisingly on the same day in the evening another female trainer filed false written complaint against me only to counter me.
Here it is important to mention it that the management officials trying to pressurize me initially but when I requested them again in writing that I want to pursue my complaint against both the female staff members then they try to console me by saying that they made mistake unintentionally and they have no ill feeling against me. Now the center manager sends me apology mail on behalf of them but I didn't respond to it as it is just a Hippocratic approach. The female trainers didn't apologize, in fact their behavior didn't show that they are apologetic. I want the company to initiate action against erring official after proper investigation. but it seems they are trying to protect the staff members by not taking any action against them.
If today they did this to me, tomorrow some other did this & the management is taking it lightly by ignoring such things. I want to pursue it with the intention firstly to punish both female trainers & secondly to set a precedent so that in future such things should not happen.
Please help me in this, how to take my complaint forward against them as 10 days passed.
thanks

A.Hello sir
Things you faced are no doubt bad and you need to be strong and unperturbed. Coming to the facts, since you said that the allegations levelled against you were false and frivolous and also that you had taken this matter to the higher functionaries but they tried protecting the ladies, it appears that the management and those ladies are working hand in glove in order to frame innocent persons like you. If you're absolutely sure about this and have any proof then you must take strong action against these people.
I hope you would've retained the copy of the complaint which you had given to the management. Next what you should do is get a police complaint filed against the two ladies as well as the higher functionaries mentioning all the facts and circumstances in a chronological manner. In addition to this, since levelling false allegations results into the reputation of a person getting damaged, it amounts to defamation and you can brings action against them for criminal as well as civil defamation.
Also, the higher functionaries are liable to be charged for abetment if the things you said are true.
All the best

Regards
