the plaintiff filed the suit for partition on his father's property. that the inherited from their ancestral, that in the year 1998 the plaintiff's father disposed the property to my vendor. at the time of disposing the same to my vendor the plaintiff was also signed on my vendors sale deeds as the witness. after death of the his father the plaintiff filed the suit for partition before the court with making the party to my vendor and at the time of passing the decree in 2018, my vendor not having the rights over the property as already disposed to me in the year 2009. but the plaintiff not made
the party to me and obtained the final decree and came to the thasildar office and tried to impliment the decree.
is the decree bind on me or not?
