Landlord dispute
I live in a rented room in Indore, without signing any written rental agreement with my landlord. Due to this lockdown I was captured at my hometown for 4 months. Only my belongings were kept in my room. Now she is asking me to pay the rent for those 4 months, I can't offord this much amount of money. What can I do to make my situation legally stable and strong?

A.You can ask for a waive off or you can mutually come to an understanding and settle down the issue of paying rent in easy monthly installments. Or you can approach the court to explain your grounds to vacate the premises on valid grounds without any hassle

A.Dear Sir,
You settle the matter for 50% otherwise ask the landlord to do whatever she can do.

A.Dear client, approach a Senior Property lawyer in Indore but my personal opinion pay half the rent say 50% for 4 months or pay 3 month rent full because all have problems like mortgage issue, Bank loans etc., Have a sit and talk with owner and a lawyer it can have effective returns on both the sides.
