My husband divorced me through speed post and ran qatar and he did second marriage there with other lady will he get custody of girl child if he applies and i did not received those divorce papers as am in police station and came to know after 2 months that those were divorce papers how should i get those copy as my inlaws are not giving me those.

A.First try and figure out weather actually he has given you a divorce or not because you have not seen the papers, also if you know he has in that case the custody of the girl child if the mother get married to another person goes to the Nani of the child

As per your inputs giving Divorce via speed post is not legal and his second marriage is illegal, you can lodge a complaint in the police station, the police will initiate necessary actions against your husband, if the children are in tender ages, the court will not grant him custody of your kids
