my marriage on 7 may 2020 fixed on this date government announced lockdown i had given advance for marriage hall owner Rs 11000 my marriage cancel on this date i am asking refund my money he refuse returned money to me this what I do please help me.

A.Hi,
As per the facts if you are in the possession of the receipt while paying your advance money, you should send the legal notice demanding the refund.
