Want to file a case against samsung in consumer court

I ordered a samsung phone from their official shopping site and got two discounts on online payment. Two days later(8th oct 2020) i received a package from saves technologies(their distributor) via bluedart. On opening that packet I found a broken HP hard drive only. I immediately called that delivery boy and samsung customer care and told about this. Samsung started some kind of investigation and meanwhile i received a mail from them about activation of services on the phone that i was supposed to received, I told them about this too. On 22nd Oct, they said that they had delivered the right product to me and they were about to close my case.
Then I complaint against them in consumer forum. After this Bluedart employees started coming to my house saying samsung is pressurizing them and they need my statement in written that the package that I received was not tampered. Now I want to go to Consumer court and want know the procedure.

I want to know how much time consumer court takes in resolving such issues and will I get my refund or phone ever?
I also want to know how much money I would be spending on this if I go to consumer court.

My phone worth was 25,000 and on the invoice they sent it is different from what i paid, after those discount I paid 22,624/- but they have sent me an invoice of 24,624/-
