I have been wrongly accused for drug peddling( Marijuana ). I am a normal working person and have been using some for personal consumption.
Currently I am out on bail, I have already lost my job and I need some legal advice on how should I proceed with this matter.

A.personal consumption of Marijuana is also crime under NDPS which is very strict act.
