A.in our country lot of false cases are made.
FIR is done for non-bailable crimes hence you have to immediately take anticipatory bail from sessions court and then contest the case in court.
Also you can approach High Court for quashing the false case but it happen rarely.

Hope this clarifies,

A.Hi,
You can apply for Bail
This can only be done, if a False F.I.R is lodged against you for a non-bailable offence.
Moreover, Furnishing false information to a police officer is a punishable offence as per Sec. 182 of the Indian Penal Code and is punishable with imprisonment up to six months.

A.Hi,
If a False F.I.R is lodged against you for a non-bailable offence, then, to circumvent the police custody you can apply for Bail under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before the Session Court or the High Court, before the arrest is made.
