I am Naidu from Hyderabad. Our apartment (3 floors) was built in 2002. The builder has constructed watchman's room in the cellar and bathroom in the terrace. We don't have a lift. As watchmen were frequently vacating due to the bathroom that was built in the terrace, all the owners of our apartment decided and constructed a bathroom for the watchman in the common area beside a flat's(G2) bathroom. All the owners have contributed money without any issue. But after 1 year, a theft took place in the flat G2. So, the owner felt that the theft took place due to the construction of the bathroom beside her flat and has demolished the stairs of the bathroom.
So, we(13 out of 14 flat owners) would like to reconstruct the stairs of the bathroom and make the watchman use it. So, is there any solution to restore watchman's bathroom legally through GHMC?
