any problem with ATC Company for cancellation of agreement

I am a resident of Karimnagar district of Telangana State. I have been entered with ATC Tower company for installation of Tower in the top of my building 2nd floor. The colony people objecting the installation filed a W.P. in High Court of Telangana by showing the reason that the building 2nd floor is not having the Municipal permission. In this regard, I have addressed a letter to the ATC Company informing that, I have cancelling my agreement with them. In this juncture my doubt is that i have any problem with ATC Company for cancellation of agreement with them.
