Regarding sending legal notice

Like they after 10 days call me said that you have not done the work sent me the legal notice in my mail amd one from legal departmemt of that company saying that sir you have to pay otherwise we will send you legal notice in your mobile location address. I told you can do whatever you want i will no lt pay anythong. But a fear is there . Shall i igonre it?. I talked to them boldly . Tell me what to do
