Neighbors Dispute

Hi, we have filed an online complaint against our neighbours mentally harassing police came after few days talked to the neighbours and finishes the compliant. On the very next day neighbour filed a civil suit against us for calling the police and as the police came their children got mentally disturbed.we are yet to get the Summons from court. Can you help whether their case will be accepted by court or no. And what should we do now?

A.Hi,
The court will decide whether the issues stated by your neighbor are reasonable or not before the institution of suit.

A.Yes you can attain the court and hire an advocate behalf of you and dont panic because court without licensing both party declare any order if any other enquiry Or confusions content me i give my best advice
