Changing the lawyer Changing the lawyer

If a lawyer sends a legal notice for me.
And after that if go with another lawyer for the same case ( on the basis of same legal notice) , can the first lawyer object in any way? Can he take any legal action against me for transferring the case to another lawyer?
Do I need any kind of NOC from the first lawyer?
Or do I've to continue with the lawyer who sent the notice? And if want to go with a new lawyer, need to send a fresh legal notice?

A.Hello,
Yes. You can replace your lawyer if you have lost faith or confidence in your lawyer to represent you, you have the right to change counsel. Ideally, it would be good to speak with your lawyer about what is making you unhappy or uncomfortable and give that lawyer the chance to fix the problem. If you cannot resolve your issue(s) with your lawyer, you have the right to fire that lawyer and replace them.
Although, you should clear all the dues of his fee.
