defamation notice

1 month ago I called a lawyer for advice but he got angry on me and cut call. I not paid any fees to him. Posted reviews where I said wrong things also due to anger. Now got a defamation notice by a law firm on my whatsapp because they dont have my address or email. I tried to delete but websites are not allowing to delete my reviews.
1. Can there be any criminal action on me because nobody have my address ?
2. Do I have to pay 10 lakh to him for damages ?
3. any cyber crime case can be filed on me ?

A.Hello, you can always write an apology to the defamed person privately and publicly and also pay money to the defamed person to compensate them for the loss suffered by the defamatory publication
