My mother have 1acre agriculture land. But she died unfortunately with heart attack. My father is alive and I have 2 sisters . Both my father and sisters are agree to register that land to me. What the procedure to register, and what documents needed?

A.Dear Sir,
You have to get NOC from them and manage the revenue authorities and get transfer the property in your name.

A.Hi,
Both the documents and the procedure vary from state to state, though some of the general documents are; Encumbrance Certificate, Receipt of Payment of Dues, Preparation Deed, Khata Certificate, No-Objection Certificate.

A.Hello,
The documents which are usually required are; Encumbrance Certificate, Receipt of Payment of Dues, Preparation Deed, Khata Certificate, No-Objection Certificate, Although the documents may vary from region to region.
