I have taken anticipatory bail and all the conditions mentioned for 3 months in bail order are completed and still charge sheet is not prepared, do i need to apply for regular bail. Or is it ok with anticipatory bail

A.Hello,
The grant of anticipatory bail is wholly discretional, but, it could be valid either till the framing of charges or may last till the end of trial.

Anticipatory bail is a discretion power of a judge and may end when the judge orders, however, it may last till the framing of charges or in some cases till the trial is concluded.

A.Dear Sir,
Anticipatory bail is valid till charge sheet is filed and you need not take regular bail before filing of charge sheet.
