Neighbourers annoyance Neighbourers annoyance

The cleaned water from the neighbourhood flows and gets collected in front of my house and it needs a minimum of half an hour to dry up. they use a minimum of 150-200 ltrs of water to clean the portico, car, staircase and front of the house. When we tried to tell the neighbourer the lady says she is cleaning like this since 10 years and if required we have to make provision for the water to flow down to the drain at the corner where our house boundary starts. Though this is looks to be a minor issue, the same thing may cause bodily injury and it is annoyance.

A.Dear client,
This nuisance can be stopped by convincing that person, if not issue a legal notice to stop. However, if continued then file a complaint case at concerned civil court.
Thanks

A.Hi,
A person can complain of nuisance if damage is caused by a substantial and unreasonable interference with the private right to use and enjoy one’s land.

A.Hi,
Nuisance is any activity done by someone which affects or disturbs the other person's ability to use and enjoy their property.
A complaint letter can be sent to the neighbor stating the grievance, If the nuisance still persists or the neighbour is unsympathetic to the complaints made, then a complaint can be lodged against them.
