Disappointed from parents

My parents have kept me homeless for 5 years despite my alimony, my crime is that I married against their will, this case has not been resolved for so many years, I am dissatisfied with their dirty use, my father voluntarily gave me property, but I married against their will So he has filed a property cancellation lawsuit, I have no objection to it, he can not give his property, but in that case I am no longer willing to take responsibility for them, please help,
