if son is expelled from property by his parents and is missing but not found dead, can wife still claim the property share from in laws?

A.case of domestic violence have no bar on the timeline.

A.Dear Client,
She has full right as dependent and if children then they would have ancestral right on property.
Criminal case under DV can be filed. If ousted, expelled from house. For any further legal issue you may ask by calling on given in profile.
