if son is expelled from property by his parents and is missing but not found dead, can wife still claim the property share from in laws?

A.Hi,
Domestic violence can be filed even after six months. There is no bar. Also, the wife has a claim to the residence of her husband.

A.Dear Sir,
Domestic Violence case can be filed by the daughter-in-law within 12 months from the date of her going away from her in-laws house.

A.case of domestic violence have no bar on the timeline.
wife can not claim property share but right of residence if expelled after marriage.

A.Dear Client,
She has full right as dependent and if children then they would have ancestral right on property.
