hello sir ,my question is we have filed a eviction petition she is not paying rent by coming to the court saying she has cleared all the arrears with fake evidence what to do. how long court gives time to her how to prove she didn't give us single rupee please suggest me .
A.You have to prove with record, provided you have signed revenue stamped receipt for cash or cheque above Rs.10,000/- above payments.You can Move an application for unpaid rent arrears and pending case to deposit the entire amount in the Court.Better to consult a Professional senior Lawyer from panel of Vidhikarya to protect and defend the matter suitably in the Competent Court, if need file petition before the high court of judicature quickly.

hello sir thanks for your response i want to ask now case is in city juniour civil court we can jump shift case to that like to high court is it possible . how to file a case in High court when it is in civil court please tell me .i need high court lawyer.

sir our civil lawyercis telling it is not possible to file a petition in high court when it is in civil court untill last hearing after judgement you can go to high court.sir my question is we have applied in April of this year it is just 1 month can we shift now so early.

Correct.You cannot approach high court when matter pending in lower court.When you have claimed for Deposit of arrears of rent is set aside you can move high court.
A.File interim application for deposit arrears if not deposit. Approach High Court
