I have married just 2 year ago with a village girl and I am a MCA holder I don't want to live with my wife and want divorce she has 2 month pregnancy I don't want this child because I am unemployed and I am not financially strong to hear all expenses I want divorce so what is the procedure

A.You can not divorce as it is a serious case of desertion when your wife needs your most in the initial stage of pregnancy.All factors are in her favour,You have to bear a heavy cost and alimony.Better to consult a Family matter lawyer from the panel of Vidhikarya to guide & help you on all aspects of the serious issue quickly.

But if I will abort that child then what will happen because she is agree for abortion and she also don't want this child

When mutually agreed & consulted there is no problem,but it should not create legal complication later on as she is from village & uneducated.

A.If your wife is ready then file for mutual divorce. It will take 6 month.
