A.Dear Sir,
The said sale deed never acted upon as such it has lost its validity. You may resist the case in defence. Always protect your possession as you are in settled possession so also perfected your title by way of adverse possession by staying there for more than 12 years.

A.Hello. The ancestral property is divided among the descendants and the genuineness of sale deed must be seen.

A.You have the possession for 25 years.
grand mother's son in law have to file case and prove what he was doing for 20 years and even 3 years after death of your grand mother.
Then also question will come whether your grand mother was actual owner of property.

Hope this clarifies,

A.Hi,
Do you have any documents in your possession? Also, if the property is ancestral property it would be divided among all the shareholders.

A.Hello,
If property is an ancestral property it should be divided among the shareholders. And, are you in the possession of the relevant papers of property?
