dvc case on my father

we have filed dvc case on my father in 2019 he is an govt employee untill today the case is in reconciliation stage only now my father got paralyzed. the court is asking him to produce the salary certificate but he is making stories to court .and we already sent letter to their office but no response. so we are confuse next what to do and our lawyer also he is very careless he need all celebratory cases. so any one can help us what to do next step to speed up our case is in nampally,hyderabad and we dont know when the court will open thank you for your valuable reply.
