Sir my car was hit back side by another car on 4th of last month. He accept to pay for the service. But now he was delayed to give money or do service for the same. Can I file a complaint now

A.Sir...there are many advocates who advice you that. There is delay. Sir. there is no delay.just start ur legal action as early as possible...first file written complaint about the incident nd explain each and every detail and in the last..mention why there is delay...give proper and reasonable excuse for the delay....

A.now there is lot of delay.
complaint can not be filed now.
other ways to recover is also less.
