false rape case on brother/father

my wife had affair before marriage. After 2 weeks of marriage my parents and brother visited for 1 week. after 2 weeks they left i came to know from good neighbor that someone is coming to my house in afternoon for 2-3 hours. I went home in afternoon to catch and get evidence and I got video of him coming from my house when wife was alone.
Because my wife was caught so she ran to parent house. her parents called me at their house and she told them some story. My wife threatened me there that i have to give divorce to her with 1 flat else she will file rape case on my unmarried brother and father after getting her drunk. she said she will get alimony by filing those cases so its our choice. she gave 3 days to think and tell. my whole family is in too much tension.
she is very intelligent because she is not talking on phone and ask to come to her house to talk and switch off our mobiles so we can not record.

q. can the video prove adultery ?
q. my father and brother will be arrested and they will not get anticipatory bail or bail ?
q. can we do anything to protect her.
