Work from Home based extortion of money
Hi, A friend of mine received a call from a company registered on Quiker, which sent some info related to it on her Whatsapp. It seemed easy so she wished to give it a try. Then took her adhar card details and PW size photo. and then sent some Legal agreement acceptance form. In which my details were already filled and asked me to enter the OTP which she entered and confirmed. Now when searched online about Nobel Bright Solution( eworkme.com) and found that is a scam they reject our work and then ask us fill 700 forms in 7 days and failing in doing this with 90% accuracy ask us to pay 4700 rupees (They reject our work even when it is correct) as their maintenance charge. when we refuse to pay. They threaten us that they will file a court case against us. So, I immediately called them to cancel the same. but after that their numbers got not reachable. I even sent them an email that I do not wish to work for them. I just want to know that if they can force us to pay like this? What if they start threatening me about filing the court case. Please help me.

A genuine site displays the name of of the website owner who is selling the work from home package. Otherwise, you can know the name & photo of the owner on the contact us page. If you can’t the name of & photo of the site owner on the website, then its fake.
Don’t trust on contact numbers, office address or registration number on the website because any fake company can get a phone number, rent an office or even get a registration number.
however, a complaint against these companies can be filed at the consumer forum.
The facts are not clear.
However, The first thing you should do is go to the company website and contact customer service with an explanation of what happened. after that, you may take a legal action against the company.

dont worry now, case case will not be filed for 4700/-
but this is starting, they will send fake SMS, fake calls of legal.
maybe misuse of aadhar and photo.
but the misuse can happen even after payment also.
Hope this clarifies,
