court property taken to lab test by same police
3 years ago
Resp sir in a trap case inspector of VAC handed over the property of phynopthaline solution bottle to the court next day. Later two months inspector sent letter to foresonic director through court for lab test. It was sent through constable of VAC who was in the trap team. Report came positive and it mentioned the solution was received through spl messenger constable. No Pl clarify whether a court property can be sent through same VAC constable? Is it legally correct?

A.Hello,
Yes this could be done on the orders of court, however in your case how is this possible, how can evidences be handed over to the party to the case itself more facts are required to help you in better ways.

A.Hi,
More specifications are required since this is not possible that evidences are handed over to the other party of the case.
