Will every 498A complaint lead to FIR? Or can police deny filing FIR if they sense that the complaint is baseless?

A.Yes..in 99.99 cases . this complaint leads to FIR

A.If police denied to file FIR thn you have TO movie 156(3) cr. Pc before the ACJM/CJM of ur jurisdiction.

A.All 498A is FIR.
a complaint decides the sections.
a complaint can not be 498A based on contents.
if not serious complaint, it can be sent to mahila cell.
