I am clearly asked in the upsc declaration form. Whether i was ever fined by the court of law? ( I paid fine of rs100 in lokaadalat)
Should be my answer? Do they have record of such fines?

If you will mention it may be the verifying officer donor have the knowledge of your case. BY word FIR sometimes it is presumed that your are facing trial of some grave offense. But if you have opportunity to explain your case then no need to hide this rest your wish. Smoking is not injurious to your Job ??

Sir , i had to pay fine of Rs100/- in LOKADALAT for that act.

After that i did stop smokong completely.

What do you suggest? Should i mention it or not? Will it be a risk?
