I was caught smoking on road by polive and they filed a FIR under section 116(smoking in public place) and 117(fine upto 1200 for act under 116) . I had to pay this fine in LOKADALAT. Will this affect my selection in central government job? Do i have to mention this when they ask about criminal cases in the form?
