Dear sir i applied RTI to post office Bihar for (2008 to 2015) Unlegal candidate job Purpose. I applied 1st apple also as per instruction apple officer decision to provide my ans but LOCK SUCHAN ADHIKARI not provide my ans. till dated
I belong from varanasi (U.P).
1. CAN I FILE CASE IN VARANASI JURISDICTION?
2. CAN I SEND LEGAL NOTICE?
3. IN MY CASE WHICH I.P.C............ APPLY IN CRIMINAL CASE?

A.case, which case ?
there is still no crime so forget IPC.
legal notice ? There is a process for this.
first make an appeal.
you can use online portal also for appeal.

A.Hi,
To file first appeal, go to the RTI online portal, select "Submit First Appeal" and fill out the details, along with the registration number and email ID, as given in the original application.

A.Hi,
For making an appeal to the first appellate authority, you have to select the option of "Submit First Appeal" in the RTI online portal and fill up the form. The registration number and email ID as in the original application will be required for this.
