Hi sir/madam my grandfather had an dkt land but my grandfather and their children don't studied much and one person cunningly taken signs and registered but in d kata it is mentioned as the land can't be sold to anyone it's cleary mentioned how can i cancel their passbook.

A.dkt land cannot be sold but it is already registered.
Even if your grandfather able to take land back then the cunning person can file other cases on grandfather and refund of money.
