Section 279 & 337

My friend met with an accident under section 279 & 337, he paid fine in the court and case was closed last year. Now what my doubt is he is eligible for state/central government jobs or not(he is preparing for that).
Whether the above mentioned cases will come under civil or criminal records.

A.in developed countries, it is problem.
but this is good abt India.
people eat fodder and still continue to eat.
people can do murder and continue as usual.

A.Hi,
These are bailable offences but they are criminal in nature. Generally, there is no bar as to a person with a past criminal record cannot apply for central or state government job.
