Sir i give adv payment to others account no which is said by him . I change my yellow plate to Pvt no. But 1and half years gone he didn't do anything and asking for money he says i will give u tomorrow always.

A.Hi,
I'd advise you to approach the Consumer Court, it might be difficult to get the police to take action in such a matter. Alternatively, you can send a legal notice to the person demanding repayment.

A.if you have receipts then you can approach consumer court.
else you can file police complaint of cheating but police might not take complaint.
for 1000-5000/- you will not court case.
