There is a bldg owned to my mother age 86 years in Ambarnath city this bldg.is 80 yrs. Old having 8 rooms at 1st flr and gr.flr. this bldg.is in dhokadayak condition may collapse but out of 9 unauthorised resident 5 has left and 3 are yet staying over there total mulcipalty not ready to help owner to demolish bldg.
I want advise from expert in this matter I can apply to courtwithout help of lawyer to get decree order from court to vacant and demolish this bldg.

A.Hi,
The other people staying will be deemed as tenants and hence you can send them an eviction notice to vacate the premises.

A.Hi,
Since the others staying are tenants you can send them an eviction notice and later file for the same in the court.

A.without lawyer in court, better take a hammer.
start damaging 1 side so building will start shaking.
remaining 3 will run away.
this is illegal and this is not legal opinion to be followed.
