Settlement of Pension documents

Respected sir
I am (Pardeep kumar) PGT in Kendriya vidyalaya Dehradun Before this I was PGT in Air Force school Ambala cantt and my EPF was deducted as per Govt .rules and regulations now as per govt rules I am eligible for pension but Air force school is not verifying my Pension documents in the pretext that they have lost all old documents but my service record is only 10 years old and it is mandatory to keep record but they are wasting my time and also financial loss to me and after personal visits now I have send my file through speed post and even two reminders also but they are not responding .now what I have to do.

A.hi,
if things are not settling amicably, send a legal notice to them and later you can file a case against them.

it is advisable to send them a legal notice where you give them 15days time before you move to the court.
you can even demand compensation from them for the losses you have incurred and the expenses you have to suffer during the court proceedings.
