My neighbour has built wall without any ventilation space and has built 3 individual rooms in the ground floor. Bachelor stay in my room and create hevok in the place. As it is referential area there is no permission from corporation for building rooms and also he has not left any space for ventilation can I now move to court and get his construction demolished and get ventilation space now

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint if the neighbor has violated any prescribed law for the construction of the building and also see that he has permission from the concerned authority.

A.Dear client
If your neighbour has deviated prescibed statutory rules and not taken required permission from statutory bodies you can file complain before development authority to take corrective steps.
Also you can file complaint before ADM under nuisance created by bachelor tenants.

A.Make complaint to the corporation if the construction made by your neighbour is illegal. Demolition of illegal construction is done by corporation and if corporation is not doing it, you can approach civil court.
