We are enjoying property since 1960.which is belongs to our granfathers sister property.she does not have children.in 1990 my father and his brothers divided with a partision deed .now my granfathers sister husband's brother children filed a os in Court is adverse position applicable for this case. We have position and revenue records form 1960.adverse position applicable to this case .if not I what way we approach Court.

A.Hi,
Adverse position claim will not be held up as you are in possession of the property since years and in these matter the revenue records place importance. Since, you have the revenue records in your favor the verdict will be in your favor.
