joint family property dispute

hello, my grandfather had 7 childrens he died without doing any will,he had many lands (around 50 bighas south kolkata),my father was youngest amoung them who is not mentally good condition suffering from a disorder,my uncles had taken the advantage and signed all papers .we are not in a good condition after the dispute noone has ever given us any paper including the promoter also signed from my dad.they have promised flat didnt give anything.i need legal help.please advice i

If his condition is bad enough that a certificate can be issued from a hospital stating the same, then the transfer can be challenged. Failing this, you may file a partition suit.

A.his mental condition have to be so bad that he should be declared unfit to sign papers.
that certificate should be from govt hospital.
then the property transfer and everything can be challenged.
