I got a uyil for the house from my grandfather in 2014 my dad's brother is staying in the house still now because of some financial issues I need to sell the house but they are not vacting the house I have a copy of that property document need to know how to vacate them from the house and how long it will take to solve this issue

A.Hi,
If the will is executed and you are the owner of the house then you can file for eviction.

A.'WILL' is executed?
the house came to your name ?
if yes then go for eviction.
if no then do 1st and 2nd line.
