An equitable share from My husband's ancestral plot is given by court, to my daughter, who is the only child of us. Our divorce is in pending. They r trying to sell to third party. Yet we were not alloted the exact side of the plot. The decree is given in 2016. Now what should I do next. Kindly advice me.

A.Hi,
You can get a stay order on the sale by approaching a Court with a proof of the decree granting your daughter a share of the ancestral property.

A.Hi,
You can file an execution petition on the 2016 decree granting your daughter the property. If your husband's family has already found a buyer for the disputed property, you can get a stay order on their transaction.
