Documents needed for home land registration.

We want to register my home land in a village. We bought my house from a local perons just by signing a deed on the stamp papers. Now for the sake of taking loan we need to register my residential land. My concern is that the original owner was not traceable and land passed different hands without any registration. Now what are the documents we need to produce to do registration.
A.Dear Sir,
Atleast Court documents are necessary to get it registered. Better to file a suit for declaration and seeking mandatory injunction with a direction to register the land in your name.

For registration to apply for loan you will require sale Deed, Khata extract, Mutation register extract, NOC, Sale agreement, Payment and property tax receipts, encumbrance certificates, Completion certificate, occupancy certificate, possession letter, allotment letter and general power of attorney.
