Apartment water leakage from above floor
I live on the 3rd floor of the apartment and there is water seepage from the 4th floor apartment bathroom into our bathroom causing damage to walls, windows etc. The 4th floor owner is not co-operating in fixing the problem, is there a legal way to handle this issue ?
A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and threaten to approach Civil Court for necessary compensation and mandatory injunction for co-operating in fixing the problem.

A.Hi,
Yes, at first you should try and communicate the problem to the secretary of the society and than you can send the owner a legal notice for nuisance.

A.Hi,
You can send the owner of the flat, a legal notice, but firstly you should tell the problem and nuisance so caused to the society's secretary, so that primarily an action could be taken.
