I have not received my Full & Final Settlement including 3 months salaries ( notice period ) , Gratuity for 10 years of service & Travel + Other Reimbursements from my former employer. The CEO was making Covid as an excuse initially. Now he says that there are lots of gaps in my work due to which the company is facing losses. Can i get all my money? How should I go about it?

A.Hi,
You can serve them with legal notice to repay the amount they owe you, and then file a civil suit for money recovery. Maintain a record of all work receipts to serve as proof of your work. You can also claim damages against the employer for breach of your employment contract.
