I need to know the difference between individual patta (ryothvari) land vs natham poramboke land. If we get a patta on natham poramboke land, will it be equal to individual patta land? Are there any hidden risk in patta issued poramboke land? Property is on prime commercial area. There are no lakes, rivers near by.

A.Hi,
Once you get the patta, even if it is on natham poramboke land, it will have the same value in the eyes of law. The risk will vary depending on the facts and circumstances surrounding each property. You can contact our firm if you need further clarification.
