Noisy kids Noisy kids

Greetings to all.
I have a lot of noisy kids (all in the age group of 8-13) in my neighborhood and I have failed to control this noise. They always yell and scream at the top of their voices while playing, and especially since schools are all closed owing to the COVID-19 situation, they play almost the whole day on the street. I have done the following:
1. Spoken to their respective parents (only to face their hostile response)
2. Warned the kids to play elsewhere (which was of no use, they will always play in the street ignoring whatever we say)
3. Tried to lookup any relevant law by virtue of which we can arrest/legally warn the parents/guardians of these rogue kids

I feel extremely helpless. My wife suffers from migraine, and any sudden spike in sound (especially when the kids scream in high pitch) triggers her migraine which goes on for 2-3 days.
Is there any law that protects citizens like us from such harassment by kids? This may seem like a funny story but it is, in fact, a huge menace.
Since we are tenants in an independent building, I am worried that any complaint by us will not be taken seriously. Please help. I live in Koramangala, Bengaluru.
I would love to hear from you.

A.You can file a complaint under section 268 of Indian Penal Code which deals with Public Nuisance. The application will be filed with a magistrate and your wife's health conditions is a reasonable ground for your neighbours to be prosecuted.
